Tyler Davis

Owner/Managing Partner

Tyler is the in-house real estate expert. A broker associate at Sotheby’s International Realty with extensive experience in customer service and sales, he is an excellent problem solver who responds to issues promptly and efficiently. His aptitude for making customers happy stems from his outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and capacity to build trust. These inherent skills and an aspiration to bring betterment to the homeowners of the town he’s grown to love led him to co-found Bear Paw Management. He brings core values of respect and a strong work ethic to BPM which have created professional relationships with clients and friends alike in Aspen.

Tyler was born and raised in Okolona, Mississippi. Graduating from the University of Mississippi, Tyler earned degrees in Marketing, Risk Management and Insurance. Following his college years, he spent seven years in the medical device industry throughout south Florida before moving West. When he isn’t working, Tyler can be found biking the mountains or golfing with friends. Living in the Aspen Valley has inspired him to live with more passion and a deeper appreciation for every day.

Paschal Holcomb

Owner/Managing Partner

Paschal Holcomb co-founded Bear Paw Management in the spring of 2020 with the vision of bringing the highest level of customer service and dedication to Aspen Valley homeowners. After a decade of working in the hospitality industry, Paschal has developed solid relationships with reputable subcontractors and local businesses. He provides his clients with unparalleled service, loyalty, and expertise in property protection and maintenance. His keen attention to detail and his commitment to the client experience is the foundation of Bear Paw Management.

Paschal graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Risk Management, Insurance, and Financial Planning. Originally from Clarksdale, Mississippi, Paschal has called Aspen home since 2010. His love for the town and its residents is evident. Paschal is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hike, snowboard, paddleboard and play golf.
